I am a self-confessed house nerd and have worked in the custom home construction industry for nearly 20 years.
I started out in high-efficiency "green" homes, Net-Zero homes, and LEED homes, and have not stopped learning about home construction, health, efficiency, and maintenance since. Healthy homes are my passion and I am glad to share what I have learned with clients.

We used Apex home inspection to do a pre-sale inspection, and boy am I glad we did! Matt was very thorough and did an excellent job of uncovering a number of things I would have never thought of. Mathew was very accommodating, getting me into his schedule quickly. He was on time and finished in the time that he had scheduled. The report was thorough and addressed the findings up front and explained them later in the body of the report. From start to finish this was a very good experience.

Needed a pre-purchase home inspection and we're so glad we went with Apex Home Inspections. Matt is the epitome of a skilled professional and the type of person you want to work with. He's knowledgeable, pays attention to detail, and personable. For example, after he completed the inspection, we happened to be arriving at the home and Matt was enthusiastic about showing us around and going through the report highlights. We never felt rushed because of his genuine personality. We'll definitely be recommending and going back to Matt in the future.
