I've been a resident of Citrus Hills for 8yrs. The floor staff is wonderful, tho unappreciated by management. We lose key staff members often because of that. Those who are still here care deeply for residents, unfortunately recent new hires aren't of the same caliber. Lack of maintenance, housekeeping & basic television service is a daily concern.

Toured this buildings week or so ago, staff was very friendly and the ED could not of been nicer & full of great information. Answered all my questions and made me feel very welcome. When my mother gets discharged from rehab I will definitely be moving my mother to Citrus Hills !

Friendly staff. Came to visit my grandma and she does not stop talking about how nice they are here. Facility looks clean, staff is friendly and looks like they are keeping updated during this pandemic. Keep up the great job

I've had opportunities to visit the facility over the years and have found that the staff is always friendly and helpful, and attentive to my needs! Recent upgrades have made the environment even more pleasant, efforts to keep the building tidy and in good repair are obvious and appreciated!!
