Having been through the process of hiring an agency for my own mother, I know the frustrations. Many of the caregivers that we worked with were wonderful, caring people but they were not trained properly. And, there always seemed to be a communication gap between me (the client), the care company, and the caregivers.
It was very difficult to get us all on the same page. Finally, I always felt like our care had to fit into one of the packages that they offered. If we wanted anything personalized, they were rarely willing or able to oblige. We designed Harmony Home Care with the client and patient in mind.
