There are so many benefits to group training that's why The Summit offers a few options to get you training with others who share similar goals of weight management, strength production, core training, and cardiovascular endurance as you do. An added benefit is that the class sizes range from 3-6 people giving you the attention needed to make sure you are performing the exercises correctly.
