They get an A+ in any category that can be named. I've been envolved in buying many houses over my 60 yr life, always with a Home Inspection, but never as thorough as that by Blue Majestic. Understand this, the home inspection is to protect me, the buyer, from issues that if not found and corrected I would sooner or later become responsible to correct. The inspection is not for my realtor, the title company, the seller, anybody but me and it's almost my only protection. I was an out of state buyer and could not inspect the house myself and had to depend on Blue Majestic to effectively be me. Dave

Dave was AWESOME!!!! He fully understands the investment of a home and the financial implications. Dave walked us through the inspection and showed us both the positive observations as well as areas of concern. We really appreciate that Dave put himself in our shoes so that we fully understood the condition of the property. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND DAVE.

Dave and Sharon were a pleasure to work with and took care making sure our first home didn’t come with any unwanted baggage. Sharon was informative, and was able to schedule us the same week I called which was a huge relief with our tight timeframe. Dave did a thorough inspection and was super patient answering my barrage of questions at its conclusion.
The post inspection report was incredibly thorough and included detailed descriptions and an array of color photos of all pertinent issues with our home.
Overall I can’t recommend Blue Majestic enough for a trustworthy home inspection in SW

Dave did a very good job at inspecting our new home, my husband walked around with Dave and watched how very thorough he was. He is not one of those guys that just want to collect their money and leave.
He even found a plumbing connection that was most likely broken during the final stages of the home construction. Dave is not a pest inspector, but he found the start of termites. I would definitely recommend his services. Also, his pricing is very fair and even arrived right on time of the scheduled inspection. I gave him 5 stars for his quality, value , responsiveness and punctuality.
