The visit was most enjoyable. Even when I was a bit rash and babbling on. They listened and were attentive. Very professional. Each customer was treated like they were applying for a job. Lots of respect as a human being. Something new to experience after many years of dentist!

Dr.Charles Lau and his Staff have provided me with an excellent experience. I recently had my upper teeth replaced with dentures and I was completely content with every aspect of care and treatment I received from the wonderful staff! I like this crew!!!

I had arm surgery and was intubated, my teeth were chipped, I was devastated. I called Dr Lau's office,the day after, they weren't able to get me in untill the next week. Dr Lau peronally called me Friday to make sure that I wasn't in any pain and could still wait till the next week. The next week, I was in Dr Lau fixed the chips from my arm surgery, I could not be happier. The service, and the staff are absolutely outstanding, I will always recommend them to anyone.
