I appreciate Shanes integrity and that he doesnt try to sell you on whatever is going to make him the most money, but instead takes time to answer questions honestly to help decide the service that will actually be most beneficial to you. I have spoken to him another time on the phone when I just needed expert advice about how to get a stain out of my couch, and he took time to answer my questions so that I could do it myself! Also, great product, our carpets and couches look great and smell great! Very professional, responds promptly to inquiries. Highly recommend!
