Sharon and her team did a great job!! Since the first meeting Sharon demonstrated honesty, professionalism and that she has a great knowledge of the real estate market in Arizona. She guided us through the entire process and everything went as she said in our first meeting. We need to sell our house quickly, and Sharon sold our house in a record time. We were lucky to hookup with John 1 year ago while my wife and I were in Scottsdale on vacations with friends.
Here we are a year later the owners of our 2nd home, we actually closed today.
Our goal took a year to achieve and we were successful due to John's persistence to find the right home that checked our boxes.

John Sposato and his team (in particular Terry Robinson & Selen) at the Arizona Home Group provided exceptional and professional services during the sale of my property in Phoenix. As an overseas (Canadian) seller there were a few additional requirements pertaining to the sale, which John assisted with. In addition, as I was not physically able to be in Phoenix due to COVID travel restrictions , John assisted with items such as arranging for cleaning, dealing with items that came up on the inspection report etc. John and his team assisted in enabling a smooth and efficient sale of the property

John and his team are the BEST!. We interviewed other agents, but once we met with John it was clear that he was the right realtor for us. Buying a home in Scottsdale AZ is hard work and John stuck by us every step of the way. After looking at 48 houses, we just closed on a fabulous property yesterday and it never would have happened if it wasn't for John and his team.
