Serasana is the fusion of ancient wellness practices, specializing in rejuvenation through stress and pain management.

Come as you are. You are perfect for yoga. We believe one's path in yoga is as unique as the individual, and our class offerings reflect that belief. We pride ourselves on leaving no one out. Private and semi-private sessions are a great way to try yoga for the first time or to share the experience with loved ones.

We are grateful to have been able to provide virtual yoga for our community over these challenging months, however, it's time to take the next step and get back into the studio. We've uploaded a huge selection of our recorded virtual classes and sorted them into Playlists by type: Gentle, Yin, Slow Flow and Chair - and they're available to you for FREE!

All 50-80 minute sessions include our aromatic Temple Oil blend, developed with ancient herbal medicine to move energy, invigorate blood and reduce pain. Services can be modified for all stages of pregnancy. Complimentary organic tea is provided, along with hot towels and warm stones for your relaxation.

Originating over 5,000 years ago, acupuncture is the oldest continuously practiced medical system in the world. Acupuncture stimulates specific points on the body by inserting thin needles to address ailments, move energy and balance the body. Free consultations are required prior to your first acupuncture session to review medical history, check vitals, discuss goals, and develop a treatment plan.
