I have had the pleasure of working with Todd at Hartman since 2012. He has assisted me and my family in finding yearly rentals and when I was ready to purchase a family beach home he was simply awesome. Paula, Todd, and Dana are a great team! Almost 10 years ago, I bought my home in Ventnor from The Hartman Home Team. Todd showed me multiple 2-3 BR properties on the north side of Margate and Ventnor due to our budget constraint. After looking for over a year, we ended up with a 5 BR home on the south side of Ventnor. Throughout the entire process, Paula, Todd, and Dana were very helpful and patient with us. In addition, you can trust that they will find you a home that meet your criteria
