This practice starts off with creatively designed Sun Salutations with intentional time to flow without guidance. This is followed by challenging sequences to test your strength, flexibility and patience. This 60 minute class is designed for those who have had some exposure to yoga in the past. When practicing in the studio, the room will be heated to increase your aerobic effort.
You can expect Trap music, less mainstream (explicit) hiphop, the nitty and the gritty. We want you out of your mind and into your body. A dynamic hot Vinyasa class. This class is for those that are up for a challenge. The room is warm, the music is up, you're flowing. You give yourself all that you have, connect with yourself on a mental level, AND challenge yourself physically.

Gabrielle, is a woman from Minneapolis and the Owner of the 612 Jungle - Minneapolis's First & Only Hip Hop Yoga Studio. 612 Jungle is the only black owned studio in the state of Minnesota. She completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2016, and since has completed an additional 200 hours in 2018.
Procedures

You must arrive 5-15 minutes before your class. If you arrive after class has started, please utilize the doorbell on the door to your left at the top of the stairs. The studio is cleaned after every class using commercial-grade CDC-approved cleaning products and disinfectants to keep our space sanitized.
