My name is Menayra. I was born and raised in the beautiful island of Puerto Rico. I have been living in Central Florida since 1997 and have made Lakeland, FL my second home. My holistic healing path started back in 2008 when I was first diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder.
In the succeeding years, a slew of other ailments appeared (adult acne, plantar fasciitis, vertigo, heart problems, high blood pressure, diabetes, and even a cancer scare!).In the early process of trying to heal these ailments via a holistic approach, I found my purpose and passion for it. In 2017, after working in the medical field for 20 years, I finally took the leap to dedicate myself to my business on a full time basis.

A therapeutic session integrating different modalities, customized to your needs. Every session starts with a conversation. This session may include massage (relaxation, deep tissue, trigger point, cupping therapy, hot stones, Reflexology), aromatherapy, Yoga therapy via breath work, stretches, Reiki, and tuning forks for sound therapy.
