Carolyn Cullity LMT
My name is Carolyn Cullity and I've been helping people feel better with massage therapy since graduating from Cortiva School of Massage in 2010. My style of massage blends many techniques to achieve the best result. These techniques include Neuromuscular Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release, Sports Massage, Reflexology and Prenatal Massage.

In addition to these modalities, cupping, hot stone, neck warmers, warm bamboo and lymphatic drainage are some of the options I use if I feel the benefits will enhance the outcome. Each visit, we discuss how you're feeling, issues you are having, possible reasons for the problem(s), changes since your last visit and your intended goals.
Services
Neuromuscular Trigger Point
Report
Trigger points are small 'knots' in the muscles that when compressed create referred pain locally or to other areas of your body. For example, do you ever feel like your neck muscles create a pounding headache behind your eye, base of your skull, or anywhere in your head? Or do your shoulder muscles, when tight from sitting in front of a computer, produce numbness or pain down your arms, even into your hands?
Deep Tissue Massage
Report
This type of massage therapy focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. Movement is slower, more forceful, pressure deeper and concentrated on area of tension and pain. Chronic muscle tension or injury usually indicated adhesions in muscle, tendons and ligaments that block circulation, causing pain and limit movement.
Sports Massage
Report
Are you an athlete in training? Would you like to improve your performance, increase your range of motion and flexibility, reduce the potential for injury, and help to relieve muscle soreness? Whether you're a serious competitor, an athlete in some way or a mere gym junkie, intense training tends to generate scar tissue in the muscle and fascia, which over time may result in limited range of motion in muscles.
Chair Massage
Report
I travel to your location and provide seated massage in an ergonomically designed chair. The sessions are typically short, 10 or 15 minutes, unless longer sessions are requested. Chair massage is done over clothes, and focuses on your back, shoulders, neck, arms and hands. This is a rewarding break for your staff!
