Chinese-MD, Acupuncture and Wellness, is a Chinese medical clinic created by Dr. Holly Liu and Dr. Nengyu Fang who have been practicing in the Rockville area since 1997.
The name, Chinese-MD, comes from the fact that all of the acupuncturists here were also Medical Doctors in China before they came to the U.S. With this background and depth of knowledge in Chinese Medicine, the staff at Chinese-MD provides a new level of care beyond acupuncture alone.The wisdom of Chinese Medicine states that a person's daily lifestyle either protects and nourishes or takes a toll on the body, mind and spirit.

Dr. Holly Liu is a highly regarded Doctor of Medicine from China. At age 16 she obtained a Primary Physician Diploma in Western Medicine. At 21, she had obtained her medical degree in Western Medicine and completed a 3 year residency at a major Chinese General Hospital. Later she obtained her Traditional Chinese Medical degree.
