Competition Training

There are so many things that happen involuntarily the first time you compete. For me, I stiffened right up and it took about four competitions to no longer go out there stiff as a board. It annoyed me as I started getting better because there was almost nothing I could do. Also I found out that I fatigue much faster in competition.
Private Lessons

Private lessons are great for people who's schedule's don't work with our class times or for anyone looking to focus on a specific aspect of their training. You could focus on brazilain jiu jitsu, boxing, kick boxing, wrestling or your cardio. Its your time and you choose exactly what you want to work on.
