I walked in without an appointment expecting to drop off my ring that had been damaged during an accident. The staff was caring and reassuring while being professional and knowledgeable. What a gem! The Diamond Vault is family owned and on the random Saturday I was in the Mom, Dad and at least two of the brothers (Amir and Michael) were all there--helping customers. Their customer service is absolutely top tier. My fiance spent a good amount of time with Amir and she wanted to make sure I mentioned how helpful, and knowledgable he is. I spent time with Jessie and Michael. I can’t say enough good things about the whole process. We are truly lucky to have them in Sarasota.

The staff is fantastic - they are always willing to personalize their work to achieve your desired result. I've had rings cleaned, resized, and appraised here and have always been happy with the results. Other family members of mine take their jewelry here too. Bonus that the service is sometimes quick enough that you can grab lunch next door and your jewelry will be ready by the time you come back.
