After a decade of teaching and training Jiu-Jitsu, Owner/Head Instructor Jordan Wilson decided to implement his diverse background and start his own Jiu-Jitsu program at the Monkey Bar Gymnasium, starting with just one student. After a little over a year of increased student interest and growth, Jordan decided to affiliate with Professor Caio Terra and the larger Caio Terra Association, and implement his world-class curriculum.

This class provides students with the foundation of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu following the curriculum of Professor Caio Terra. You will learn all of the basic positions as well as defensive and offensive techniques from each position.
