This has been the second property Tim has inspected for us and he is always thoughtful, thorough, and provides ideas for solutions to any flaw he finds. My husband and I decided to use Tim for our home inspection since he was recommended by our friend Bill in Del Mar. I must admit that I should have done a lot more homework when we hired him for our home inspection. His prices are high and he was not thorough in his explanations. I already called my friend Bill to
