Hi I'm Tim Rohrbeck, home inspector with Royal Inspection Services. My wife Elizabeth (Eli) and I have owned and operated our Home Inspection business in North County San Diego since 2001. Over that time, we have inspected over 4,000 properties throughout San Diego County. We perform every inspection as if it were our own purchase and provide our clients with detailed reports.

Inspections are scheduled on a first come first serve basis. We offer our services between Monday through Saturday, as long as there is sunlight for the outdoor inspection (normally 8am to 5 pm). Please allow a minimum of 1 days notice when requesting an inspection. We will contact you to confirm your request within 24 hours.
