Initially our realtor had a hard time finding a company who was available, but after a referral from our friend we were happy to find the Inspectors Company. Eric had a cancellation and offered a time for us that was the next day! He was very easy to reach offering text message for confirmation. San Diego Inspectors Company came through as they promised, showed up on time and did a full inspection on a property (SFR) I have in escrow to purchase. I received the report within 48 hours, it was very detailed. I needed this to plan my remodel and to make sure the structure was sound. We needed a quick turnaround on a home inspection and this company made it happen! We were able to get an appointment scheduled for only 2 days after reaching out. They are decently priced and give a discount to active-duty and veterans, which is huge for us here in San Diego. I tell all my real estate colleagues to use them as they are the best!
