Highly recommend John with Concise Home Inspection Services. We recently used his services for home inspection, irrigation inspection, and WDI inspection. As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions about everything and John was very patient and answered all of our questions with the same thoroughness he had during the home inspection. He went even further and gave us some maintenance tips for both short term and long term use. He brings, I believe, about 30 years of invaluable construction experience, as well. We couldnt have asked for a better inspector. He came highly recommended by our realtor, and for good reason. John was extremely thorough, honest, and professional! He made sure we understood everything in the report, and even got rid of a scorpion (at no extra charge). Could not recommend Concise Inspection Services enough!

We had a great experience working with John. He was recommended to us by our Realtor and we were very happy with his work. He was very thorough and took a lot of time to make sure that we understood everything they found. In addition to the actual defects he also coached us on how to maintain our new and things to worry about when we have kids.
