Report
Our inspection is based on the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) Standards of Practice (SOP). WRITTEN REPORT (Emailed within 24 hours of completed inspection). Our written report is based on the TREC REI 7-5 Property Inspection Report. Ours will have pictures, easy to understand details explaining the deficiencies and a summary.
