Bill Grossman's School of Kenpo Karate is a qualified school of the Kenpo Karate System, the American martial art which is based upon the best overall aspects of Asian martial systems. Besides practical self defense, hand and weapons form training, we also offer health and fitness conditioning, competition and sparring training.

Do I have to go to the gym to get into shape before I begin my martial arts training? No, you will get into shape as you train. We have a series of exercises that you will learn as you progress through the ranking system which will enable you to perform the self defense techniques. Our school patch is round. This simple design represents several things. Take for instance, our universe. The earth with the other planets rotates in a near circular pattern around the source that gives us life, the sun, which is the center of our solar system. This in turn leads us to the process of life which goes in cycles, such as the seasons of the year.
