I recently found a great rental with Zach from Team Laguna. Prior to meeting Zach, I saw a picture of a young man and was curious to see how things unfolded. He was attentive, focused, and a real pleasure to engage with. It was refreshing to see his earnestness in the entire process and his authentic enthusiasm for Laguna. These are the guys who exemplify the true professionalism and integrity I was at the place 2 months ago when I was searching for a residential property but after visiting more than 4 agencies I didn’t get an appropriate deal then luckily I got to visit Team Laguna Inc with my friend. Lori has a track record for creating long lasting relationships and making sure clients are always happy. Represented both renter and rentor (me) for a high-end home lease in Laguna Beach... When renter refused to return the security deposit, they said they could not help me...
Later in Court (judgement for me, thank you), the evidence provided by the Renter showed correspondence between the Renter and this business in attempts to coerce fault on my behalf... Stay AWAY!!!

Stay away from this company! The woman that runs this company her name is Danielle, if you don't do exactly what she tells you, she will go out of her way to make sure she hurts you and your family. Me and my family just finish the worst year of our life's dealing with these people. She rent us a house in Laguna Beach in Blue bird canyon dr for $6000.
The house and the owners of the house were a nightmare unfair never wanted to fix anything until the very last 2 months we were there because we threaten them not to pay the rent anymore, stay away from this company.

I wanted to write an updated review regarding an experience I had working with the Laguna Team, specifically Danielle Purcell. I truly believe that situations can become convoluted and there is always two sides to every story. Bottom line, regardless of the negative reviews, including one that I had left previously but decided to erase, Danielle is someone with integrity and strives to always do what is right. Stephanie was great!! From my first contact with her she immediately provided me a list of all rental properties that fit my budget. From there we scheduled a day to view all of them. She was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. I just moved into my new apartment in laguna thanks to her help. She also helped with some local tips and such. I would recommend them for finding an apartment in the area.

I scheduled an appointment to view an apartment with Danielle on Tuesday January 3rd for Thursday January 5th at 230. I showed up to the apartment with my wife at 200pm and called to ensure the viewing was still on schedule and was informed they have rented the property already.
No phone call to me or email to inform me or my wife they have rented the apartment.
Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism in this company especially when I called their office and Lisa couldn't answer any questions regarding the mix up or offer any assistance to any other properties at the least.

What a terrible property management organization. I used them about a year ago. They overstated the value of my rental, sent an inexperienced person to assist, were slow to return calls and were overall incompetent. I would highly recommend you stay away as there is a sense of entitlement from the firm. They were terrible and frankly they don't care.

Jill Lockhart just helped our family buy a home in Laguna Beach. If 10 stars was an option...that's what we would give her. She worked tirelessly (really) on our behalf. Jill is passionate about her work, you can tell she loves what she does. She is a Laguna Beach expert; a walking, talking encyclopedia of neighborhood lore. Ask her a question about a particular street and she knows what's on the market, what sold recently and the overall status of the neighborhood. Being new to Laguna, this info was invaluable to us.

My business partner asks: "Is there a list you can add me to for new listings?" Jessica responds with: "Yes". No follow-up or follow through. Just a one word email, haha. Then another property is found in Laguna Beach and we choose to again inquire with Jessica-- no response
