Services
Physical Therapy
Our physical therapy services focus on restoring mobility and reducing pain through customized treatment plans. We use manual therapy techniques, functional exercises, and biomechanical assessments to address musculoskeletal issues. Patients benefit from evidence-based care that combines clinical expertise with the latest research in orthopedic and sports medicine.
3D Running Analysis
This advanced service uses 3D motion capture technology to identify movement inefficiencies that cause running injuries. By measuring stability, impact loading, and symmetry, we create targeted interventions to improve performance and prevent recurring issues. Ideal for competitive athletes and recreational runners seeking injury-free training.
Myofascial Decompression
Myofascial decompression employs specialized cupping techniques to release soft tissue restrictions during movement patterns. This manual therapy improves mobility in areas affected by scar tissue or chronic tightness, addressing the root cause of pain while enhancing range of motion and functional recovery.
Blood Flow Restriction
BFR therapy uses controlled blood flow to increase muscle strength with low-intensity exercise. This technique accelerates recovery post-surgery and builds endurance without heavy loads. Patients gain improved neuromuscular control while minimizing joint stress during rehabilitation or performance training.
Injury Prevention
Our injury prevention programs combine biomechanical screening with sport-specific corrective exercises. Using 3D assessment tools, we identify risk factors before they cause problems, creating personalized plans that enhance performance while reducing injury likelihood for athletes and active individuals.

Nicole is awesome. Very through in her evaluation and takes the time to make sure she is getting all the problems diagnosed. She has such a great depth of knowledge of the human body and biomechanics.

Nicole is so knowledgeable and meeting with her was so helpful. I have a 20-year IT Band problem and I am looking forward to doing the recommended exercises to see if it resolves the problem. She provided me with a customized PDF for what I need to follow at home- very appreciated!

I was honestly looking for some answers - what can be fixed and what cant - after several surgeries. What I got was practical, no nonsense Hope that I can with some practice and discipline be out of the trails again.

Nicole's passionate about helping her patients be the best version of themselves while nudging patients to achieve more than they thought possible. She is invested in her patients as people, not just another body that needs fixing. I especially appreciate her educational approach to help me understand what's happening with my body and comprehend the "why's" behind the exercises or therapies employed. Additionally, she is very down to earth and exceptionally open to working with other practitioners to achieve a 360 degree recovery plan. Excellent PT and person.

I have seen Nicole at her practice periodically over the last few years for various sports-related injuries, and I cannot recommend her enough! In fact, I tell all of my family and friends to go and see her. Nicole does a fantastic job at diagnosing the issue quickly, teaching about/explaining the problem, and giving a simple and actionable plan that works! When I first saw her, I thought my running days were nearly over due to constant injuries, and now, I am able to continue to do the things I love with minimal issues and a little fine tuning here and there.
