Orthopedic Physical Therapy
Specialized treatment for bone, joint, and muscle conditions using manual techniques and therapeutic exercise. Our certified specialists address post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, and chronic pain through personalized rehabilitation plans. With advanced training in orthopedic clinical specialization, we help patients restore mobility and improve functional capacity through evidence-based interventions.
Aquatic Therapy
Therapeutic exercise program conducted in a heated therapy pool to reduce joint stress while improving strength and mobility. The buoyancy environment allows safe movement for patients with weight-bearing limitations or chronic pain conditions. Our aquatic therapy sessions combine resistance training with hydrostatic pressure benefits to enhance circulation and reduce swelling during recovery.
Sports Medicine
Comprehensive care for sports-related injuries focusing on performance restoration and injury prevention. Our specialists with Titleist Performance Institute certifications treat athletes of all ages using sport-specific rehabilitation techniques. The program includes biomechanical analysis, functional training, and return-to-play protocols to ensure safe recovery from conditions like ACL tears and tennis elbow.
Post-Surgical Rehabilitation
Structured recovery program following orthopedic surgeries including joint replacements and ligament reconstructions. We implement progressive exercise protocols to restore range of motion, rebuild strength, and improve functional independence. Our therapists coordinate care with surgical teams to optimize recovery timelines and ensure proper tissue healing through monitored therapeutic interventions.
Geriatric Physical Therapy
Specialized treatment addressing age-related mobility challenges and chronic conditions. Our therapists develop fall prevention programs, balance training regimens, and joint-friendly exercise routines tailored to older adults. Westgate PT has been a life-changer for me! Pool Therapy was recommended to me by my GP for knee and back issues. The therapists were skilled, kind, and encouraging. I saw real improvement in my flexibility and pain level. I now am an exercise club member, continuing what I learned and enjoying the friendly staff and excellent facilities.

Westgate Physicals Therapy is like home to us. I have been in and out of P.T. there since 2018. They are very qualified, kind and will listen to their patients. The staff works as a team and believes that humor is an important part of healing! After treatment programs are available to their patients, spouses and the community as a whole. My husband wouldnt go into a gym for a very long time. One trip into Westgate and meeting the staff convinced him. Now we go together to work out and he is excited to be there! If you are looking for an old
fashioned PT clinic I strongly recommend Westgate

Over the last 6 years I have needed therapy a number of times due to joint replacements and back issues. I am so thankful a friend recommended Westgate. I sometimes feel like I have found a second home. I am greeted by name by the receptionist as soon as I walk through the door, no waiting for my appointment, music is playing and by the time I have finished all my sessions, I literally know everyone there. The friendly environment and positive feedback makes me feel good every time I go .I never leave there without having a few laughs. I have had several different therapists and they are all extremely
