Kevin Harrod is our hospital manager and co-owner of Heritage Oaks Veterinary Hospital. He is a Citrus County local, with deep family roots in the Bushnell and Inverness area. He is a jack of all trades and has helped with everything from hospital construction, client services, and keeping hospital morale high.

Natasha Vilchez is our full-time veterinarian and co-owner of Heritage Oaks Veterinary Hospital. She was born and raised in Inverness, Florida. As a child, she lived on a 100 acre farm where her love of animals began to flourish. Dr. Vilchez attended The University of Florida where she graduated with honors with her Bachelor of Science degree.

Our state-of-the-art surgical suite is available for the performance of a wide variety of surgical procedures. Routine surgical procedures are our specialty, which makes sense given our philosophy that specialists are better suited to the management of complex procedures. Nonetheless, we will undertake more complex procedures when cost is an overriding factor for our clients.
