Dr. Hocker was born and raised in the Montoursville Area. He grew up on his family's farm outside of Montoursville, and graduated from Montoursville High School. After graduating from Penn State University in Animal Science, he went on to get his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania.

They are not available everyday, but have a list of vet hospitals that can be used in emergencies. At Montoursville Veterinary Hospital, we listen to address the concerns of our clients. Lately, there has been controversy about the safety of Seresto collars. We purchase our collars directly from Elanco, and have not had any major problems with them.
