Took my 3 dogs there for years. Have one dog left and she is older and sick now CHF. Needed lasix wouldn't renew prescription without seeing her again. I said I could bring her down anytime they needed and they flatly refused to get her in, said I should find another v we t or take her to Er hospital. Said not an emergency. They wouldn't take her. So I had to find another vet that was accepting new patients. Found a good one. Thanks.

Berwick office was closed temporarily and I was told I had to drive almost an hour to Benton. OK. I called to let them know I had arrived. I was a little early. Appointment was for 11am but they did not even come out until 17 min after 11. They asked me what brand of food I feed my dog???? Not how much? I come to find out they sell dog food. They kept adding services even though he was there for a wellness check and his shots. He was supposed to get his Kennel cough shot as well and they forgot that - I had to remind them. They hurt my dog trimming his nails. He was so scared he was trying to

I have going to the Berwick office and sometimes to Benton for about 15 years. Got a new puppy that needs her booster shots. Called for an appointment and they wouldnt give me one. Said they werent doing annual checkups. All I wanted was the booster shot but no dice. Will never go there again and will tell everyone about this.
