Our furnace and AC unit required replacement and once again we turned to Comfort Master. They continue to provide excellent customer service, financing options, and professional/knowledgeable/experienced staff who performed the replacement of the units.
Ismael, Bobbie, and Charlie arrived on time and worked diligently throughout the day to successfully install the new furnace, outdoor unit, and thermostat. Our repairman was very helpful and explained all of the details of his service and what he did to make the repair. He also answered all of my follow up questions taking time to explain the details to me. He repaired our unit and quickly got it working again. Were very appreciative of everything he did for us.
