I had a home closing the next day, after another company did an inspection for the buyers, the unit no longer functioned. Everyone I dealt with was great. They were there within 2 hours, and found the inspector left the power off to the outside unit. Even after solving the issue quickly, they were very thorough and checked capacitors and Freon levels to make sure nothing else was going on. They saved the day!

I am very impressed with the services provided by Cool Change. JD's estimate to replace our 25 year old air handler + heat pump and replace the ductwork beat the other 4 estimates I had received. I was thrilled he honored that estimate when we finally decided to take the plunge and buy the new system months later. Chelsea ensured we had a smooth process from there forward scheduling and updating us with (accurate) team arrival times. I couldn't have asked for a better tech with Randy.
