Services
Acupuncture
This traditional practice uses fine needles to stimulate specific points on the body, regulating qi flow and addressing chronic conditions. By targeting energy pathways associated with organ systems, it effectively manages pain, reduces inflammation, and promotes natural healing processes through established meridian channels.
Tui Na
This therapeutic massage technique manipulates acupuncture points without needles, improving qi circulation and resolving energy blockages. It effectively addresses musculoskeletal issues and complements other treatments, particularly for patients with needle sensitivities or specific soft-tissue concerns requiring manual manipulation.
Cupping Therapy
Using controlled suction cups, this deep-tissue treatment enhances circulation, reduces inflammation, and relaxes tense muscles. It works by expanding capillaries and supporting lymphatic drainage, making it particularly effective for chronic pain conditions and respiratory issues when combined with other traditional modalities.
Chinese Herbs
Customized herbal formulations address specific health patterns using time-tested combinations of plant-based ingredients. These natural remedies work synergistically to restore balance, with classifications targeting qi deficiency, blood regulation, and organ-specific support while maintaining gentler effects compared to pharmaceutical alternatives.
Qi Gong
This gentle movement practice cultivates vital energy through coordinated postures and breathing techniques. By clearing energy channels and relaxing nervous system pathways, it enhances overall vitality and disease resistance when practiced regularly as part of a comprehensive wellness regimen.

I have had 5 sessions with Inger so far, and have seen such an amazing benefit from working with her! I really feel like she is an advocate for what I know is best for me, and that feels really good! Inger is a very good listener and extremely thorough. I have a lot of respect for her, and I can tell she has a lot of respect for her profession and her clients. She is generous, kind, and super funny!!

And her treatments work! I also love how excited she gets about Chinese herbs. It's almost like I said a secret code word, and she's revealed all this magic. She is very into what she does, and knows
