Been living here going on 5 years now and this has been a wonderful place to live management is superb and mantainence was slow at first but got better over the years. My only gripe is that the complexe's parking lot will flood when it rains and you have to park outside the facility to avoid your vehicle flooding.

Our apartment was SO dirty when we moved in. Completely filthy. We have the loudest neighbors on the planet. Constant fighting downstairs & people banging on their doors at all hours of the day AND night. Not sure if the drainage on the parking lot is their problem but more than half of the cars flooded including mine back in May. I had to walk through chest deep water with my toddler from the front of the apartment to my building towards the back of the complex. We received no email, text or anything from the office so that showed me how much they care about their residents. Now everytime it rains

I hated this place! I moved in only to see a dirty apartment, outdated appliances, creepy maintenance guy, management was rude and horrible, leaks on the ceilings, mold in all of most rooms if you stay on the first floor ridiculous. Please don’t stay here there are other places better than this! They would literally give anyone an apartment in horrible condition!

I lived there a year ago with my brother and it was a decent apartment but the management and overall company sucks! The air conditioner needed to be replaced because it did not cool off the apartment. Also, Because of the maintenance issue, my electricity bill was through the roof! My apartment also caught on fire twice due to wiring or something and management refused to take responsibility or even offer to compensate me for the loss or damages.

I lived here from June 15, 2018 to March 2019 had to get the apartment treated for flees that costed 78$ never had a animal and this was after I reported seeing rats. They gave me rat traps keep running out all they did was put more down by Jan I had caught 6 rats all deposed of by me Do not move here everything that glitters ain't gold

This is an update contacted the management company about the apt that need repairs and every time it rain the roof is still leaking , alone with a list of stuff that need replacing and repairs , we have mold and hole in the ceiling , the 1st time they fix that guy came in and cover the mold without REMOVING THE MOLD . Managment company said they would call back in 2-3 days and they never called back ; the apartment manager is not doing anything to fix or resolve the issue we are still calling management company everyday and will not call back CLK MULTIFAMILY MANAGEMENT, this is really sad and on

Place sucks. Like for real. Apartment is crap for what they charge, A/C is undersized for the living space therefore it cannot keep the apartment cool in the summer or warm in the winter. Thermostat stays at 80 degrees in the summer until 3am it finally cools down to 70, and stays in the 60's in the winter. The gate is always broken also! Repairs take forever to be made (the most under qualified people I have ever seen) and not to mention...the rent was increased to make improvements to the community. A year later all we see is paint on the curbs and pressure washed the buildings. No wonder there
