I rented In Patiohouse 3 for almost a year and a half and I absolutely loved it. Claus and Claus has been this complex and the units are great. Youll love the neighborhood. Its very walkable and close to everything you need. Ms. Heidi and Mrs. Kay are great to work with and they get maintenance done quickly. Highly recommend!

Ive been renting with Claus&Claus now for almost two years and its been a great experience! I really love the price for such a great area and beautiful loft apartment. Above all, Heidi and the management go above and beyond to make sure all their tenants are taken care of. I highly recommend renting with Claus&Claus!

I really loved my time living at Patiohouse Apartments off Capital Heights. It is a wonderful area for a great price. The team at Claus & Claus is hands down the best! They truly care about their tenants and always make sure you feel right at home. They are professional, friendly, attentive, and overall awesome people!!
