At Achieve Physical Therapy we help each patient recover from injury, illness, or limited mobility as quickly and comfortably as possible. On Spokane's South Hill for 24 years, Achieve takes care of people with orthopedic injuries, neuro-muscular diseases, and brain injury.
Post-orthopedic surgery patients come to us to regain strength and flexibility. Each person who walks through our door receives an individual treatment plan to best serve their needs. Every treatment includes 30 to 60 minutes with a licensed Physical Therapy professional. All new patients are evaluated to determine their strengths and weaknesses.

We offer several Physical Therapy modalities including electrical stimulation, ultrasound, heat, ice, and therapeutic light. These modalities are used for specific goals based on each patient's evaluation. Therapeutic exercise is an important part of every treatment plan. Our Therapists will develop an individualized home exercise program for every patient.
