
Our mission at Spokane Sports and Physical Therapy is to show respect and kindness to every patient while treating their problems through comprehensive evaluation and individualized treatment programs efficiently and professionally. We have a highly educated and dedicated staff to help you with your specific problem. We are told we are different than most physical therapists all the time. Physical therapists shouldn't just give you exercises and stretches. Many times your pain can come from a joint or muscle; be due to inflammation, weakness, or restrictions; or because of an inefficient motion.

Pain can come from various sources like a joint or a muscle; be due to inflammation, weakness, or restriction; or because of an inefficient motion. Physical therapists shouldn't just hand out exercises and stretches for back and neck pain. Our physical therapists are highly trained and skilled at finding the issues causing your pain.

Craig was born and raised in Spokane and was fortunate enough to attend Eastern Washington University for Physical Therapy, graduating in 1994. This has kept Craig close to his family and friends. Craig opened Spokane Sports and Physical Therapy in January of 2001 and has continued to manage and practice since that time.
Neck pain

If you score 10 or more, treatment will likely be beneficial and reduce your symptoms and pain. Your pain can be coming from restricted joints, strains in the muscles, trigger points/restrictions in the muscles, muscle weakness or stability impairments, or pinched nerves. Don't live with these problems.

Knee Pain

Do you have knee pain? Did you just have knee surgery? Do your knees hurt or ache after playing sports or doing physical activity? Does it hurt to go up or down stairs? Do your knees hurt when sitting down or standing up from a chair? Are you able to kneel down on the floor without knee pain? When you squat down, do you have pain at your knee, or is it difficult to do? Are you able to stand up from a kneeling position easily?
