Psychotherapy is referred to as talk therapy. With this practice, we will work together to differentiate certain moods, behaviors, and thought patterns.

Online therapy is available to residents of Texas at a time and date that is convenient for you. Many of my clients come for a session in Flower Mound when they are in town and then continue the course of therapy online. Online therapy is a good choice for you if you are constantly out of town or away at college, have a challenging work schedule, or find it difficult to make it into the office.
