Rich Stokes is the owner of Macguyver Home Services. Rich is a 23-year Air Force Combat Veteran. After retiring from the Air Force, he stared a successful home repair business that he ran for several years. Now a full-time home inspector he knows exactly what to look for on your house. A standard inspection takes approximately 3 hours.

Rich was informative & kind. This is our first home and we were present for the inspection. He was detailed, honest and unbiased. He made the inspection process less intimidating and answered any/all questions we could think of. Our 4 year old was also present at the time of inspection, he offered her a small keychain with a mini tape measure and kept her involved in the process. Rich did not only complete the job, but made it memorable for our family.

As first time home buyer, I wanted to be present for the inspection of the home we were purchasing. Rick was very polite, helpful, and informative. Rick took the time to not only make the experience personal, but he also took the time to explain everything in his report to me. I learned a lot from Rick and he even provided me with a book to help me maintain our new home's health by inspecting it myself annually. I feel that he went above and beyond for us. Great experience! New to home buying, and Rich made it dummy proof and gave me great insight into the faults in the home before purchasing. He was early, efficient, provided an awesome report of all the findings for me to easily view. Rich was fantastic! He was responsive, friendly, and thorough. We completed two inspections with Macguyver and Rich has been very professional as he helped us to make a decision on the right home. Because we weren't local at the time of inspections, he worked with our Realtor to show us any deficiencies and gave common sense, easy to understand explanations of things outside our area of knowledge. Rich Stokes of MacGuyver Home Inspections did a wonderful job of inspecting our new construction home. He found some items that we brought to the attention of the builder, and they were corrected right away, before closing. Rich was arrived early, and walked the property with us.
