I can’t say enough good things about Renner. As a first time home buyer with limited knowledge on what to look for or any clue on home improvements in general, David was extremely helpful. He walked me through every step of the inspection and was patient with all of my millions of questions. Felipe was very thorough, efficient, and knowledgeable. He was willing to answer all our questions. He explained what he planned to do and said that it would take 2 hours. At the end of the inspection, he gave a verbal summary of his findings and he said that he would email the final report on the inspection. We appreciate his professionalism.

Mr Renner found issues I had never considered. He took the time to explain the problem and codes. He inspected on top, under and all of the parameter of the home as well as the inside. We appreciate the attention to detail they put into the inspection of our new home. They found the smallest imperfections that we never would have noticed. These imperfections could have caused major damage to our new home if they had never been found. They were right on time and we received the inspection almost immediately. Very professional service. Got an immediate response to schedule, very responsive and answered all our questions (even ones we thought were dumb, but we still asked). Felipe did a great job with our (hopefully) future home. We felt safe and secure knowing we had the home inspection done thoroughly. The walk through was understandable and again, he answered all the questions we had. David was personable and kind. He did a thorough job checking everything. It was important to us to have a prelisting inspection to be prepared for the buyer in advance.
