All of our rates are based on single or double occupancy, with additional charges for extra guests. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made with fourteen [14] or more days' notice will be refunded all but $30. Date changes made with fourteen [14] or more days' notice will have a $30 fee. Cancellations or reservation changes made less than 14 days prior to your arrival date will be charged one night's rate.
Our Guest Lobby

Our newly renovated Guest Lobby is designed to help you get the most out of your vacation. It is centrally located on our Main Level between Rooms 9 and 10. Here you will find restaurant menus, brochures, and information on area activities and services. There are two computers for guest use and a large flat screen TV.
Parking
Report
Parking is sometimes hard to find in downtown Ogunquit, and we are happy to provide our guests with one parking space per reservation. We are so conveniently located that many guests do not move their cars during their entire visit. We understand that some guests come with more than one car, or have a visitor during their stay with us.
Golf & Fitness
Report
Ogunquit and the nearby towns have several nature preserves that are beautiful places to walk or run. There is, of course, the Marginal Way walk, Ogunquit's scenic cliff-walk that meanders along the ocean for over a mile. Walk this at different times of day, and enjoy the changes in tide and lighting.
