We have only had our unit two months and the first cold night at 24 degrees, it was blowing out cold air. The house was 58 degrees. My husband is 100% disabled and taking several medications for pain and blood clotting. I called 5 times and left messages with their answering service, life people. Not one person bothered to call me back. This is a… medical situation not just wanting to be comfortable! NOT ONE RETURN CALL! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! THEY ARE UNETHICAL, UNPROFESSIONAL, IMMORAL AND LACK ANY TYPE OF BASIC HUMAN OR BUSINESS SKILLS.

Scheduled a furnace check and waited the entire 5 hour window they gave and no one showed up or called. I called at the 6th hour and they basically had no response for me. Won't be using their services moving forward due to lack of showing up and no communication.

My AC until has been out since May 22nd. There was a burning smell coming from the vents when we turned on the AC unit. We were given a 4 hr window and the guy shows up 2 hrs late! He looked at the unit and pulled out a couple of particulars and said he had no idea what the problem was and for us to continue to run it and the smell should go away. Now I'm no HVAC expert, but that made no sense to me at all, but we did it any way. Later that evening not only was the smell still there, there was water leaking from the pipes attached to the unit, then I noticed that although the air conditioner

Terrible company. I have a new build home that Arrow did the work in. My first encounter with this company was when they were to install duct work for my range hood. I stopped by saw it was possibly the wrong size duct work. It was. The guy who put it in straight up told me "we put in this size for all homes without knowing what stove they have or what size fan" I couldnt believe it. You need a certain size duct work for how much gas your stoves puts out so that you can install the correct size range hood. For my sized home and size of stove I needed 8" at minimum

Our AC went out over the weekend and we have 3 young kids that weren't doing this best with this heat. Got a hold of this company and had the pleasure of Jordan Eden fix our AC unit today.
