Mr. Tom Goodchild established the Sawmill Restaurant Group in November of 1976, and over the years, the Sawmill has grown with the city. You will find Mr. Goodchild actively involved in our day to day operations. We are an Edmonton based company operating fully licensed food and beverage operations in Edmonton.

We recommend reservations if possible, however, we are always willing to accommodate walk-in guests when possible. We are available for full restaurant buyouts. Our main Dining Room seats up to 94 guests plus another 18 in a semi-private area on the West side of the dining room. Your event could begin with Cocktails, Appetizers and Wine followed by a 3 to 4 course dinner depending on style of event. The middle of the dining room with flexible seating can also be set up as a cocktail reception without having to commit to the entire room.
