Wonderful complex. Consummate professional. The grounds are pristine and I feel like I'm living in a resort. The very reasonable rules they impose insure the majority will not be held captive by the few.

My lease is up in 3 days and honestly the past 11 months living here has been the worst. My roommate and I were mislead on multiple things upon moving in, our apartment was in not great condition, my car was towed within the first 5 days of us living there, the vent in the master bedroom was leaking brown water and it took over a month for it to be fixed. Maintenance takes FOREVER to get anything fixed. Service requests can take over a month to be completed. It seems the only way that anything will get done is when you publicly complain. Maintenance issues do not get resolved in a timely manner. “Urgent issues” like broken AC can take up to 20 days to be resolved. Parking is also a huge issue. Your guests can’t ever find parking and people always park in your assigned parking space. Delivered packages always get misplaced or delivered to the wrong apartment.
*After reaching out to the manager with the AC issues, she made sure things got resolved right away. She did offer an apology, a gift card, and to pay for part of my electric bill. The maintenance staff was also very apologetic for the trouble I went through.

Here's some additional proof of the awful conditions of these apartments that we've had to deal with, since management told us they need proof of our problems and work orders in order to believe all of the problems we've had. It rained today, and the ceiling leaked AGAIN. Surprise, surprise. I'll put in another maintenance request, they'll come and look at it for 10 seconds, they'll go "work" on it, and tell me it's fixed. It will leak again the next time it rains.

The staff are all very nice and very helpful. I have had a pleasant experience with all of the tenants too. Everyone is real nice. My complaint is the poor condition of the apartment for the monthly cost to live there. I have problems with both of my toilets at least every week. I wonder if they are the original toilets. The bathroom countertop in my master bedroom is hideous. It has old paint splatter is very stained in many places and the sink is in really bad shape. The sink is all rough and stained. It's embarrassing to have guests use that bathroom because it never looks clean due to the condition

UNSAFE AND UNSANITARY UNDER CONDITIONS "RENOVATED" FACADE

I lived at Circ for less than a year and the entire experience was deplorable. The worst issue for me is the cockroach infestation. They have both small indoor roaches and large drain roaches. My house was always spotless yet there were cockroaches in every part of the house, crawling on the ceilings, walls, floors, COUNTERS, couches EVERYWHERE. I would often times see them in the tens coming out of the dishwasher area.

My Fiancé and I had recently moved in to the Circ apartments in Tucson. The assistant manager Angela was truly fantastic to work with on our move in. We are newbies to the area, so are communication has been strictly through emails on the moving in process with tons of question and concerns.
I would like to let other potential renters know how easy and enjoyable Angela made this experience for us. As most people certainly can relate on how stressful moving to a new place can be.

The staff here are very helpful and friendly and made me feel better about a certain situation that I’m dealing with at the moment. Since moving in over a year and a half ago they have switched to new management and it has been a much better experience when dealing with problems. And they have made the property look much better as well! Thanks CIRC!

If I could, I would give a zero star!!
We have been living here for three years, we have had the experience with two different management teams. None of them meeting a basic standard expectation of a professional property management.
Parking spots are so limited on the property that me and my roommate had to park outside the property for SEVERAL times. To fix that problem, they decided to tow the cars with expired registration, flat tires and appear to be non-operational parked on the property to free up space. My car was registered; but, the tag was not placed on it yet, so they put a notice

Angela & Gina at the front desk are the absolute worse human begins. They are heartless careless people who don't let anyone talk because they are better than anyone else. Iv never in my life been spoken too the way she speaks to me. If you put in a work order don't expect it to be done for another month or 6. And if you want to express your concerns about anything involving your apt, be prepared to be told to shut up and you're not allowed to say anything about your concerns. THEY DONT CARE. Iv been here for over a year and this is the absolute worse place to live. DO NOT live

I am a former tenant and I cannot, in good conscience, recommend that anyone live here. From personal experience, the staff does not care about the comfort or safety of the residents that are paying their hard earned money in rent. I have a list of concerns that I have tried to discuss with Gina, the property manager, numerous times and every… single time I was told she is not available. On January 14, 2020, I submitted a work order for my dryer that had stopped working. For two weeks I had the added stress, and expense, of taking my laundry to the laundromat even though I rented an apartment

Complex, has a nice new look now. New management has the same stale attitude. Overall, this complex cannot be trusted.

If you live here write a review. In the review list all the added fees you pay. Everyone should not have different charges for trash etc...? Expose them.
Not a place to live comfortably!
1. CORPORATE MANAGEMENT: Refers you to property manager who does not answer the phone or return your call.
2. EXTRA CHARGES: Lots of extra charges added on to the rent. And everyone seems to be paying something different. Also, check your monthly fees they are usually duplicated.

I love living here but the that last few months has just been horrible and the new staff sucks up really hard to new tenants but does not care about existing ones. I saw this first hand in the office a month ago. Here some tips resolve maintenance requests, answer the phone, have 1 phone number readily available instead of the 3 I found online, stop charging me fees on top of what my lease says. As all the other reviews say, no parking here, bad staff and they care more about upkeeping the landscape than the actual apartments.

Been here for almost 3 years, I've had a roach problem since day one. we've bug bombed, sprayed, when bought our own roach traps. nothing helps.. then there's the AC problem. they supposedly put in a new ac unit. but it freezes constantly and leaks a ton of water. we literally can't turn the AC down past 78* without it breaking. hell. we are lucky… to be able to turn it to 79*. but eveytime we call to fix it. they just say. oh well it's a new AC unit and they "fix" the issue until we try to turn it down enough for us to get comfortable.. this has been an issues for the past 2 years. not

Bed bugs, roaches, loud/disruptive neighbors, poor management, long waits for maintenance, and dirty grounds. That is what you get when you move into these aparts. I moved in June 1st, and have had none stop… issues with this apartment.
Day 1, we moved in and found that the washing machine did not work. One of the big reasons we moved here for for the washer and dryer. Didn't get fixed until over a month later.
Day 2, we wake up and find glue traps face down on our floor that our cats find, during the night. These traps were filled with small cockroaches, roach egg sacks, large cockroaches

***DO NOT RENT FROM HERE ****** If I could give this place negative stars I would. Not only did 3 of my friends have to pay over 200$ to get there cars out of impound from being towed because there is literally NO parking I had a leak in my roof 3 different times and each time flooded my apartment and took over a month to fix. I was late ONCE in… the whole year I lived there and asked for the fee waved since it was an error in the online portal and they refused to wave it and didn't even let me know I was late. I found out days later when it wasn't taken out of my account and had to pay

When I walked in the first day, I had higher hopes for this apartment. But as you're living there, you realize how awful the staff is at answering your questions, getting back to you by phone, no sense of organization or anything. I had a 12 month lease. There online prices are not accurate and are much more expensive but claim they are cheaper based on where they are located. Parking is awful and it's constantly full of random people who don't even live there parking in your spot, that you pay for. I decided to get a dog halfway through my lease and put down the pet deposit in October

These are the worst apartments we have lived. Problems with parking lots, friends and family could not come visit us because they did not have to park the car. The apartments are old and badly remodeled. With the rains it caused several roofs to filter, wetting our furniture and some clothes. Lastly and a month after having left the Manavor Olivia… send us an account of more than $ 150 because she says she was wrong in the collection of the last two months and that we must pay that amount before 10 days, to what I ask her through here. It's the worst place you could be. Not recommended at all. It's and awful experience. There is not enough parking space. The people at the office never help you, they'll tell you that they will take care of what ever problem your having but they never do.

RENTER BEWARE!! This apartment complex has the most unprofessional management ever, especially the assistant manager Brittany. She is very rude, unprofessional, and doesn't ever really know what's going on. Rules change during your lease and will change your lease in the middle of it. They make you pay more money than you signed for, they always find ways to make themselves more money. Management doesn't care about anything wrong your apartment, they will just ignore you and not reply. Apartments themselves are not wroth the price, they are falling apart and out dated for what your

Our roof and the a/c started leaking about a month ago and they took about three weeks to get the problem fixed. Which by the way in the process my husband had to call almost every day so that they would come and fix it. So they finally did, and now the a/c is not cooling! Do not come and live here. It is the worst.

The complex itself is nice. But ever since greystar took over, it's been nothing but new rule after new rule. And even though these rules are being made up in the middle of the lease, they will still charge you a "lease violation" even though you never signed for these garbage rules. Such garbage management.

I wish there was an option for 0 stars.
The problems started when our leasing agent forgot to input our move in date into the system so we had to move in 2 weeks later than planned. Then when we finally got our keys, we soon found that our apartment was infested with cockroaches. Our neighbors all had the same issues and said they would never go away no matter how many times they sprayed. I had severe allergy and asthma symptoms just by being in the place because of the cockroaches. They moved us to a new unit (after much much trouble) about a month later and the management is now in the process
