I have lived here for 4 years and have absolutely loved it. From the maintenance staff to the office staff everyone has been kind and very gracious. The grounds are very well maintained all year long. The apartment is what drew me here with the washer/dryer hookups, the spacious kitchen and the hardwood floors. I feel safe here and any maintenance request is done in a timely manner. The rent is reasonable.

This place could definitely be a 3.5-4 star review, but due to the manager & my neighbors that wont be happening. My apartment itself is in a good location, clean & maintenance is really good about completing work orders (though sometimes they have to come back more than once for the exact same thing). The manager attitude is horrible all around. Every interaction Ive had with her has been negative.. shes always in a rush to get you out the office or off the phone and quickly points you to her assistant manager Cherie (which she is MUCH more pleasant to deal with)

Great staff!! Great attitudes!! Very reliable!! And put forth great efforts to make every person regardless of race, religion, or of any background feel like part of the CC community!! Highly recommend from my opinion!! Never had any issue or questions that was neglected nor ignored. Resolved with the best solution for both parties... Dianne and Sharee are awesome as well as the other new staff. Maintenance are always on point. And most of all I feel safe with my kids here. Keep up the good work! And thanks for allowing me th be apart of CC community.
