KFIT Bootcamp
KFIT is a fitness home for REAL women. First-time runners and marathon runners. Longtime lifters and fitness newbies. We meet you where you are on your journey and match you with coaches that keep you motivated in an inspiring and supportive community. KFIT was built by women to empower women on their health and fitness journies.

Led by Coach and Founder Kerrie, KFIT helps women find their strength and then exceed it in a fun, supportive, and all-women community. We have private and small group classes that challenge you in new ways. Nutrition isn't just about eating right. It's not a gimmick or a fast-track to weight loss.

Kerrie began her journey as a Physical Therapist Assistant, primarily focusing in Orthopedic Rehabilitation and Sports Therapy. This provided Kerrie with the experience of meeting the needs of a wide variety of clients, working with patients ranging from the age of 6 to 100. After 5 years spent in Sports Therapy, she began to understand that many of her patients injuries could be prevented.

Our classes are designed for REAL women. We'll work with you to create fitness goals, then help you build on your strength to crush them! With our private and small group training, we meet you where you are on your fitness journey, then push you to new challenges to become even stronger.

We focus on varying resistance exercises to build lean muscle and interval training to improve overall conditioning through the use of dumbbells, kettlebells, TRX, barbells, bodyweight moves, and more.

Our Registered Dieticians specialize in sports performance nutrition, weight management, meal planning and prepping, child and adolescent nutrition, digestive health, and more.
