Susan has more than 17 years of real estate, general management, and transaction experience in the real estate industry. Within the last 5 years, she has established DaniDrew Holdings, a real estate holding company, which flips and rents residential real estate. Earlier in her career, Susan was the Controller of The Gucci Group, and a tax accountant for Merrill Lynch.

If I weren't a Real Estate Agent I would be: Maybe back in the fashion world OR serving others somehow. Kimberly Shaw is proud to be a Sales Associate with LeConte Realty. She is becoming one of LeConte Realty's valued and recognized agents. Kimberly received the LeConte Realty Award for Top Producing Agent in 2017 and 2018 for highest gross commission for the year.

As a child born and raised in Morristown NJ I developed a true passion for the best this state has to offer. From my hometowns Revolutionary War history to our state/local parks - Jockey Hollow and Lewis Morris. Fall trips to Hope NJ, and long summers down the shore. I'm a true Jersey girl. I'm an alumnus of Hampton University, in Hampton Va., and Morris County College in Randolph NJ.

Leonard "Lenny" Hom brings over 25 years' experience within the real estate, insurance and retail industries. My passion for real estate was ingrained in me, as my family has owned and operated commercial and residential rental properties for over 30 years. My experience from an owner/operator perspective proves beneficial when negotiating deals for clients.
