Real Estate School is a New Jersey education center that offers a variety of Real Estate Licensing and Continuing Education courses for existing active real estate agents and others hoping to hop on board. By Completing any of the broker courses you can satisfy the entire twelve continuing education credit required by next 2021 License renewal.

New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson Licensing Course is approved by the NJ Real Estate Commission as a prerequisite for the real estate salesperson license examination. The course is also open to those who desire knowledge of buying and selling real estate. The school will furnish the necessary study materials including a required final exam to better prepare the applicant for the sate exam.
Continuing Education

Real estate salespersons, broker-salespersons and brokers are required to complete 12 hours of CE per license term in order to renew their license for the next license term. See N.J.A.C. 11:5-12.3(a). At least six of the 12 hours must be in the following core topics. Other substantial/unavoidable hardship (not including financial hardship, business conflicts or personal obligations).

Every time you take the exam, you have to pay PSI, a national testing company, an additional fee to take the exam again. You don't feel confident enough that your pre-license course adequately prepared you for taking the state exam. The state real estate exams are based on the national principles & practices (80 questions) as well as the specific laws for the state of New Jersey (30 questions).

ECO Real Estate has many real estate books, eBooks and other study materials like flashcards which provide complete guide to pass Real Estate Exams at the first try. Additional sales tax as per state and shipping charges will be applied on the book's price. The topics covered in Essentials of New Jersey Real Estate parallel the state-mandated number of instruction hours.
