Services
Aquatic Therapy
Aquatic therapy utilizes our 99-degree Hydroworx EVO therapy pool to provide low-impact rehabilitation for orthopedic recovery, chronic pain, and neuromuscular conditions. The heated water reduces joint stress while improving strength and flexibility through resistance training. Patients benefit from buoyancy that minimizes weight-bearing strain during exercises tailored to their specific needs.
AlterG Treadmill
The AlterG Anti-Gravity Treadmill uses differential air pressure to reduce body weight by 20-100%, enabling pain-free rehabilitation for lower extremity injuries and post-surgical recovery. This technology accelerates healing by allowing patients to walk or run with reduced impact while tracking progress precisely through gait analysis.
Functional Capacity Evaluation
Our Functional Capacity Evaluation assesses physical abilities related to work requirements using standardized tests for strength, endurance, and functional movements. Certified evaluators measure safe work capacity levels to determine return-to-work readiness and accommodation needs following injuries or illnesses.
Work Injury Rehab
Specialized work injury rehabilitation combines manual therapy, ergonomic education, and work simulation exercises to restore function after workplace injuries. Our program focuses on safe return-to-work protocols with coordination between employers, insurance providers, and medical professionals.
Dry Needling
Certified therapists use dry needling to relieve deep muscle and nerve pain by targeting trigger points with thin filament needles. This technique improves blood flow and reduces inflammation for conditions like chronic back pain, headaches, and sports-related muscle injuries.

The people were friendly and very professional. They set a plan for you and help you reach your goal. When your therapy is over they give your some exercises to do at home. I highly recommend them . I went to the 60th and maple location and was very impressed.

The staff is amazing and tries new things you may not have seen or heard of at other physical therapy clinics. You have to try dry needling with Jennifer. It immediately relieves deep muscle and nerve pain. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Had a lovely experience! I researched over 10 other places in Omaha, and this was the one I felt most confident about. Not having halth insurance, the lowest price was a priority, but I was not expecting to get such a great service for that price. On top of that, they billed everything to my lawyer who is representing me in a car accident claim, so I didnt have to put down my own money until the case settles. (My injuries were caused by a car accident). Cannot recommend it enough! Great facilities, personalized service and very kind therapists. Thank you!
