Services
Dry Needling
Dry needling involves inserting thin needles into muscle trigger points to relieve pain and tension while improving mobility. Our certified therapists use this technique to treat chronic pain conditions, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal disorders. Patients benefit from reduced inflammation, accelerated healing, and restored range of motion through targeted interventions.
Manual Therapy
Manual therapy employs skilled hand techniques to mobilize joints and soft tissues for pain relief and improved function. Our therapists address restricted movement patterns caused by injury or degenerative conditions. Patients experience decreased pain levels, enhanced joint mobility, and accelerated recovery through personalized hands-on interventions.
Graston Technique
The Graston Technique uses specialized instruments to detect and treat soft tissue fibrosis and scar tissue. Our clinicians apply controlled microtrauma to affected areas, stimulating healing responses in chronic conditions. Patients achieve improved flexibility, reduced pain, and restored function through this evidence-based approach for muscle and tendon injuries.
Therapeutic Exercises
Customized therapeutic exercise programs strengthen muscles, improve flexibility, and restore functional movement patterns. Our therapists design progressive routines targeting specific impairments from injuries or surgeries. Patients develop long-term resilience against re-injury while regaining strength and mobility through supervised training programs.
Vestibular Therapy
Vestibular therapy addresses balance disorders and dizziness through targeted exercises improving inner ear function. Our specialists create individualized programs for patients experiencing vertigo or gait instability. Participants gain confidence through progressive balance challenges and achieve safer mobility in daily activities.

I can't say enough great things about Nebraska Orthopaedic! I was injured in a skiing accident in Feb. 2020 that required a couple surgeries and was unable to walk for months. I arrived at Neb. Ortho in a wheelchair and Ross got me back to jogging, chasing my young kids, and eventually skiing again! I would not be where I am today without them. The whole staff is wonderful and they all work together to make sure you are getting the best care you possibly can. They truly care about you, your recovery and treat you as part of their family. I can't thank them enough & highly recommend Ross, Chris

The staff was very professional and quickly developed a plan just for me. They worked around my schedule so finding times to see them was easy. I was fortunate that after only a few weeks of therapy I was feeling lots of improvement. Lee was great to work with and I felt my outcome was excellent.
