We will get you over a free analysis for how much income your property should be able to generate each month. We are also happy to meet you at your property to get a detailed look and to give you a more accurate analysis. Although it is not required, if it is your preference to meet at your property, we will also leave you with a packet of information about Blue Key Property Management.

You can also download an property rental application. Or fill out our online house rental application. An application fee must be paid at the time of screening for each tenant over the age of 18. Most applications take 24 to 48 hours for our professional screening company to verify employment, income, rental history, credit and to do a criminal background check.
Management Services

We use highly automated systems. You will receive a monthly financial statement showing monies collected and disbursements that may have occurred. We also provide year-end reporting and custom reports. Reports are accessed through your owner portal. Every 6 to 12 months we make a thorough 178 point inspection of the property inside and outside.
