Kids Martial Arts

There is something special about watching any child start martial arts classes with our Master Instructors. As they start progressing in our encouraging environment, you start to see every kid quickly take on a joy and sense of personal power. Our tiniest dragons will learn the basics of martial arts from our friendly and experienced instructors.

We offer great Kickboxing classes for our Adult members! There's no better workout to keep you healthy and happy! No taekwondo experience required - just bring your enthusiasm! Our "Kickboxing Intensive" literally kicks it up a notch, replacing straight cardio with heavy bags. Prepare to relieve your stress in a series of intense punching, kicking, and combination drills.
